Remember, to qualify for the Grand Prize you MUST visit and leave a comment on every participating blog. You have Friday and Saturday to do this. Rumor has it that there is even more blog candy along the way. Keep reading as I have some goodies for you as well!
I can't tell you how thrilled I am to be among all of this great talent. Thank you so much Jenny for giving me the honor to celebrate your birthday with you this weekend. Jenny asked that we made a project following these two guidelines (1) It had 3 colors or more and (2) that it had at least 1 piece of bling.  So I set out on a mission. We just happen to have a birthday coming up in our family so what better time to make the birthday card! Here is what I came up with.

A side-step card fit for a little princess with her fairytale castle in the clouds and lollipops for trees. The Princess herself is on a Action Wobble. The bling is on her scepter and the centers of the lollipops. It's difficult to see in the picture but the castle and rainbow has fiber fill around it to give it the look of fluffy clouds. When you open the doors to the castle you will see our little Princesses age, "4".

RECIPE:
Cricut Carts:
Once Upon a Princess, Hello Kitty, Everyday Paper Dolls
Action Wobble
Peachy Keen Princess Faces
Irock & bling
DCWV Summer Glitter Stack
DCVW Autumn Glitter Stack
Martha Stewart Punch

Hoped you enjoyed my card & it has inspired you to create for a special little girl in your life! Of course in celebration of Jenny's big 3-0 we have to have Blog Candy! I have this great Bakers Twine so generously donated by Kimberly at My Craft Spot.  If you haven't visited Kimberly please do. She has beautiful clear stamps and wide variety of  yummy Bakers Twine

B-day card with my PK Princess Faces

I finally got my Peachy Keen Princess Faces in the mail last week! Not that they were slow coming...I just couldn't order them before this. Sooo excited as I just love those precious little faces. So just by luck it happened I had a precious little girl to make a birthday card for so without wasting a second I jumped right in and made this:
Recipe:
Peachy Keen Princess Faces
Paper Doll Dress UpCart
Once Upon a Princess Cart
DCWV paper +scraps from my stash
Stickles
Various Martha Stewart Punches
Flowers I found in the Wedding section of Micheals (on clearance of course!)
Scrap Tulle for the skirt
Pink ribbon from Micheals
Bling from my Irock collection,
Action Wobble to make my ballerina dance
I think she really turned out cute & was a real hit at the Birthday party. Guess this means I will have to use the Paper Doll Cart on a regular basis, so darned cute. Those PK faces make such a difference. Also had to order more of those Action Wobbles as my free stash is running short. I am truly addicted to them.
Guess I had better put the computer away and force myself to stay out of the craft room for a few hours while I clean house. We have yet another snow storm today so it is a perfect day for cleaning and crafting and if I hurry I can get a few hours to make another card! Gee I might even clean up my messy room and make a update video on my craft room!
Later sweet friends!
