My very first AWARD!!! Thank you so much!

I have really had a bad few days and felt like I had reached the end of my rope and then I go to my blog and look what I found Did that ever put a smile on this cranky face!
First off..........big {{hugz}} and thank you's are in order to Ashley from Ashley's Scrappin Palace for nominating me for this award! Check out her sweet blog as she is one very talented young lady!
I am fairly new to the blogging world and I really get excited when I get visitors to my little spot in cyber heaven! Now from what I understand to accept this award I have to do the following:

  1. I am a proud mother of 3 and a grandmother of 5.
  2. I am a 5 year survivor of Renal Cell Carcinoma.
  3. I married the best man in the universe 20 months ago.
  4. My husband just remodeled a spare bedroom into a beautiful scrap-room for me!
  5. I am a Nurse, a Social Worker and a Certified Brain Injury Specialist.
  6. I love to squeeze my cat (lovingly of course)
  7. I live in the Catskills (NY) 
  8. I was born in Niagara Falls, NY & lived in the Love Canal.

    Thank you so much! I have found so many very nice people in the crafting blogland. A Certified Brain Specialist? That sounds very intense. What is that? You'll have to email me. northrose@slowar.com My sweet daddy has had 3 brain surgeries. Do you work with people like that? I hope you are smiling from ear to ear and have a GREAT day tomorrow!
